Resposibilities: 

• Assisting Project Manager in monitoring and coordinating construction work site at sites.
• Responsible for work progress from beginning until handover project.
• Daily monitoring and coordinating construction site work. 
• Ensure all work done in accordance to the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.
• Controlling of resources such materials and ensure all materials and machinery to site confirm to purchase order.
• To control and manage sub-contractors at site.
• To ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on site.
• Prepare and submit proper record of site diary, site measurement and project progess report
• Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, sub-con, machinery and materials at site.
• To prepare and maintain up-to-date record on all materials at site.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least site supervisor certificate from CIDB or equivalent, Diploma in Engineering (Civil/M&E) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years (2) of working experience in the related field is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Able to handling General Clerical works in office 

·         Assist in maintain project related documents 

·         Answering phone call and routine calls to the correct person or taking message 

·         Proper documentation record / filing system for both hard and soft copy

·         Monthly worker’s wages calculation & checking
