Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts
• Work closely with teams to optimise the company financial position by well-maintaining good cash flow
• Devising and maintaining systematic office systems, both electronic & physical copy
• Perform good book keeping duties including updating & verification of all ledgers, bank reconciliation, debtors aging, accounting management reports
• Manage the accounts payables, includes verifying unpaid bills, preparation of online payments & its related reporting
• Resolve enquiries and issues related in accounting
• Prepare personal claims
• Maintain financial timeline
• Collect and share experience & information in treasury matters
• Liaise with external auditors & tax agents on statutory audit and corporate audit & tax matters
• Follow up overdue payments via phone application, telephone, letters and email
• Maintain banking facilities & corporate assets related documentation
• Liaise with government authorities, bankers, lawyers in accounting related matters
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and other colleagues in accounting related matters
• Manage information requests and good deal with information of sensitive & confidential nature
