Assist in day to day account & finance operations and responsible for computing, recording, collecting, analysing and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records of the financial operations.

• Assist the Accountant with completing the year-end audit process. 
• Review and approve all reconciliation and audit work papers.
• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program. 
• To provide support to the management team/ Finance Division in the preparation of cash analysis, assist in preparing of cashflow forecasts (quarterly & yearly) and any ad hoc financial reports 
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, and other parties to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Prepare regular statutory payments including GST/VAT, all withholding taxes and other tax deductions;
• Maintain banking relationships, assist in providing ad hoc financial information as and when required. Communicating with bankers for Letter of Support for tender purposes. Arranging for Tender Bon issuance
• Ensure all banking facilities are well managed and transacted; keeping track of repayment/maturity dates (to update management to ensure sufficient funds)
• Undertake any or other duties & responsibilities as per instructed from time to time.
