We need a Business Analyst to be the key link between our IT capabilities and our business goals. This person will help with and make sure that researching, building, testing, and deploying tasks in order for our software product’s features are done well.
Responsibilities
- Define the needs for configuration and business analysis.
- Make sure the quality is satisfactory.
- Define what needs to be reported and when.
- Take responsibility for and build relationships with partners, working with them to improve and also optimize our interaction.
- Help plan, write down, and keep track of system processes.
- Report on the most common sources of technical problems or questions and give the product team suggestions.
- Tell the product team about the most important ideas and facts.
- Always look for ways to improve tracking, find problems, and give the customer more for their value.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- An IT or Computer Science degree.
- Proven knowledge in finding out what needs to be done and testing.
- Experience with analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and with techniques and tools for showing data.
- Strong ability to write SQL queries.
- Knowledge of the basics of making process paperwork.
- Strong writing and communication skills, as well as specialized writing skills.
Salary Range
The average monthly salary for Business Analyst jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 4,500 to RM 6,500.
