We seek an Executive Assistant to execute various administrative tasks and support our company’s upper-level management.

You will ultimately contribute to the efficacy of our business by providing executive members with personalized and expeditious support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage information flow accurately and on time.
- Manage executive schedules and arrange meetings.
- Make travel and lodging preparations.
- Compile daily expenditures and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Monitor the performance of other administrative personnel.
- Assume the role of office manager by maintaining office supply inventory.
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memoranda, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Keep records during meetings.
- Screen and direct telephone conversations and distribute mail
- Maintain and organize the office file system.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable capacity
- Excellent Microsoft Office expertise
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with office devices and software (such as e-calendars and photocopiers).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- SPM
- PA certification or degree is a plus.
Salary Range
The average monthly salary for Executive Assistant jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 3,500 to RM 4,500.
