You will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
Responsibilities
- Understanding product characteristics and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and solicit input.
- Create personas using data and user research.
- Define the optimal interaction model and assess its effectiveness.
- Create wireframes and prototypes based on customer requirements.
- Find innovative solutions to UX issues (such as usability and discoverability).
- Collaborate with UI designers to create appealing designs.
- Communicate to developers design concepts and prototypes.
- Keep abreast of rival products and industry developments.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a comparable capacity is required.
- Extensive collection of design tasks
- Research and project management experience
- An understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- Competent with design software (such as UXPin and Balsamiq).
- HTML/CSS knowledge; JavaScript is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skill
- A rational intellect with a business savvy
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Salary Range
The average monthly salary for User Experience Designer jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 4,750 to RM 7,250.
