Responsibilities

- Identify hiring requirements, then recruit and train new sales personnel.
- Prepare and evaluate the annual budget for the assigned area.
- Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Address possible issues and propose prompt solutions.
- Participate in expansion and acquisition decisions.
- Suggest new services/products and creative sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or comparable senior sales position.
- Capability to assess and analyze ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Capability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong organizational abilities and a can-do attitude
- Ability to travel as required
- BSc in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
Salary Range
