Job Brief
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and provide supervision of projects within our organization while providing organizational support.
You will coordinate with various departments to ensure timely project completion. This position is also responsible for administrative duties such as preparing invoices, constructing estimates, and scheduling meetings as required.
Ultimately, you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to oversee the progress of initiatives and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- As required, conduct research to support other teams and departments.
- Perform administrative duties, including preparing invoices, estimates, meeting schedules, etc.
- Monitor and report project development.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Project Manager in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager with precision and organization.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an assistant project manager or in a comparable position
- Microsoft Office and project management software expertise
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking and simultaneously supervising multiple projects
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are of the utmost importance.
- Verbal and written communication talents of the highest caliber
- A minimum of a secondary school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Training and/or certifications relevant to the position.
Salary Range
The average monthly salary for Assistant Project Manager jobs in Malaysia ranges from RM 5,800 to RM 7,500.
