Here are 5 ways to answer the famous interview question:
1. I pay too much attention to the details.
Usually, it’s a good thing to pay attention to the details. But it can also be a weakness if you spend too much time worrying about small things.
In your interview answer, explain how you made progress by looking at the bigger picture.
For example, “My biggest flaw is that I sometimes pay too much attention to the details of a project and spend too much time analyzing the finer points.”
“I’ve been trying to get better by checking in with myself occasionally and letting myself see the bigger picture again. So, I can still do good work without getting bogged down in details that slow me down or make it hard for the team to finish jobs.
2. I find it hard to say no.
Finding a good mix between helping coworkers with projects and getting your work done takes reasonable time and task management.
From an employer’s point of view, a worker who takes on all tasks seems determined and willing to work. But it can also be hard on someone who works too much and can’t do their chores well.
In an interview, you can say, “My biggest weakness is that I sometimes find it hard to say “no” to requests, so I take on more than I can handle. In the past, this would make me feel sad.
“I use a project management app to see how much work I have to help me get better at this weakness. I also know if I have the place and time to take on more work.

3. I’m not so good at certain field.
Sharing something you want to get better at shows that you know you have flaws and want to try new things.
People often say they want to improve their weaknesses, such as their oral or written communication skills, their ability to lead, their ability to give constructive feedback, or their desire to take part in a specific program to improve their software skills.
But it’s important to note that if you want more experience in a particular field and that’s one of your weaknesses, ensure that it’s not an essential skill for the job you’re applying for.
4. Sometimes I lack confidence.
Lack of confidence is a common flaw, especially for recent college graduates who are still starting their careers. But it can sometimes make people less productive at work.
For example, you might feel you don’t know enough to say anything during a big meeting, even if your idea could help the team reach a goal.
If you bring up this weakness in an interview, explain why you value confidencs. So is how you know your worth and train yourself to be more sure of yourself.
5. I feel frustrated easily when I don’t meet the goal.
Even though it may be a weakness to feel stressed or frustrated when you miss a deadline, employers value workers who prioritize meeting deadlines and working to keep projects on track.
