JOB BRIEF
Firstly, we are looking for a president to join our team and provide strategic and managerial leadership for our company.
Furthermore, president responsibilities include setting short and long term goals while managing budgets and ensuring that all departments meet their goals.
Lastly, you will work with other organisational leaders to ensure our departments run as efficiently as possible and our organisation meets its set goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listen to the viewpoints and reports of the company’s Vice Presidents or directors in order to make final decisions
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of the company’s daily finances
- Analyse budgets and financial reports
- Update and revise plans to increase the company’s profitability and progress
- Create and maintain relationships with the community and industry leaders and encourage business investments
- Search for alliances such as mergers, partnerships, and investment opportunities and review and advise on contracts
- Maintain your knowledge on finances such as tax liabilities, implications and exemptions
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a president or similar role
- Financial and operational knowledge of various industries
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Must have skills such as innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain talented employees
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a president
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for a president is between RM 100,000 to RM 250,000.
