Posted by Jobstore Group is proud to announce the promotion of Carmen Chong to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her 8 years with Jobstore, Carmen has done it all. From her beginnings as a Sales Account Manager and several management positions in-between, she has risen through the ranks to her most recent role as General Manager of Jobstore.com.
During that time, Carmen oversees the operations of Jobstore.com online business. She has been instrumental in operating and evolving Jobstore’s operation from digital marketing, sales operation, customer support, recruitment and also includes events such as my career fair (www.mycareerfair.my), campus career fair and award events. In her latest role, Carmen also involved into other businesses at Jobstore Group. She is not only oversees the Jobstore.com business, but leads strategic planning and direction that truly impact the growth of our business in a positive way.
As COO, Carmen will provide group-wide leadership, management and vision to Jobstore Group in the execution of growth-focused strategies. She will be leading our online job advertising business, event & career fair business, gig economy business, software business and head hunting business. She will also act as a “client-care officer,” regularly monitoring client satisfaction levels through direct contact with every client and partner.
Carmen’s appointment as COO is a testament to her dedication, expertise, and success in driving operational excellence across her broad areas of responsibility since arriving at Jobstore in 2016. Her performance has added significant value to our investors, clients, and industry partners.
