A lot of artists have been putting out plans for concerts in Malaysia in 2023. Now that concert season is in full swing, music fans will want to mark their calendars and have their money ready for the concerts and festivals listed below, which range from K-pop acts to solo artists that millennials love.

Here are several exciting concerts that you can attend before 2023 ends:

Alan Walker: Walkerverse World Tour – 17th September

Multi-platinum Alan Walker, a Norwegian DJ and music producer, has been lighting up the stages of major cities all over the world with his hypnotic EDM beats. Malaysian fans will be happy to hear that the artist will end his Walkerverse World Tour with a bang in Kuala Lumpur.

On September 17 at Axiata Arena, fans will be able to see the talented DJ’s charismatic stage appearance and hear him play hits like “Faded,” “On My Way,” and “Not You.”

Borneo Sonic Music Festival 2023 – 6th & 7th October

The final list of performers for the 2023 Borneo Sonic Music Festival, which will take place in October over two days, was just released. This music festival will be Borneo’s first and largest. It will take place on October 6th and 7th at the Sarawak Stadium in Kuching.

World-famous Korean stars like Taeyang from the famous boy band Big Bang, CL, Suho from the K-pop boyband EXO, and Hyoyeon, who is a member of Girl’s Generation and their main dancer, are on the list of performers.

Aside from K-pop stars, the music event will also feature performances by Australian DJ Havana Brown and American rapper Fatman Scoop. Other local acts that will be playing include the Malaysian singer Ning Baizura and the girl group DOLLA.

BamBam: The First World Tour ‘Area 52’ – 15th October

This October, BamBam, a K-pop singer and member of the group GOT7, will have his first ever solo show in Malaysia.

The show is scheduled to take place at Mega Star Arena KL on October 15. It is part of the Thai singer’s first world tour, which is called The First World Tour ‘Area 52’. You can look forward to BamBam’s hits, like Sour & Sweet, Ribbon, Who Are You, and Slow Mo, being played live.

The GOT7 rapper will also stop in Seoul, Manila, Macau, and Bangkok. Further dates will be released soon.

Joji: Pandemonium 2023 World Tour – 30th November

Japanese singer-songwriter Joji, from the US, is coming back to Malaysia as part of his first headlining show, called the Pandemonium 2023 World show.On November 30, the artist will have his first show by himself at Merdeka Hall. This will be Joji’s second show in KL. Earlier this year, he played at the Sunway lagoon for the Peakstorm Festival.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on September 2, and more information about prices will be coming out soon.
