  • Plan actions and assign responsibilities to realize the most effective operating model.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, interpret and analyze financial data, and track sales and profits.
  • Create and execute an intelligent and effective marketing plan to promote the hotel’s services.
  • Communicate with customers as needed (welcome them to the facilities, address their complaints, locate remedies to problems, provide information, etc.).
  • Deal with maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, renovations, etc.
