1. Have you waited for over a week?

At times our perception of life is skewed, we aren’t sure if we are thinking clearly, and there is no obvious external cause. We all experienced it before. Keep yourself going for a full week, whatever it takes, and determine if you still feel the same way then.

2. Have you pushed yourself over the boundary lately?

If you are overexerting yourself physically, emotionally, socially or intellectually, it would take a heavy toll that lingers on for days. Take some timeout whether it’s resting, alone time, or even relaxing while watching some of your favourite shows.
