- Quickly address problems of customer and employee satisfaction.
- Keep to high standards of morality and follow all rules and laws.
- Network to improve the branch’s and company’s visibility and image.
- Keep up with your competitors’ markets and give updates on market movement and penetration.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience running a branch as a Branch Manager or in a related job.
- Knowledge of modern management methods and the best ways to do things.
- Having the ability to meet sales and work goals.
- Knowledge of the rules and laws of the industry.
- Good at keeping things in order.
- Focused on getting results and on the customer.
- Skills in leadership and managing people and resources.
- BS in Business Administration or a similar field.
Salary Range
